Book Review | John Green ~ Paper Towns

"Quentin Jacobson has always loved Margo from afar, so when she climbs through his window to summon him on an all-night road trip of revenge he cannot help but follow. But the next morning, Q turns up at school and Margo doesn't. She's left clues to her disappearance, like a trail of breadcrumbs for Q to follow, and everything leads to one unavoidable question:
who is the real Margo?"

So Paper Towns was the second book of John Green's that i have read and i must say it is now one of my most favourite books EVER! It was just so inspiring. I literally couldn't put the book down, i started reading it one night and maybe read the first few chapters but then literally read the entire book the next night! I remember finishing the book at like 4 in the morning and realised that i had been reading the book for 7 hours straight! I just became completely lost in the story and the characters lives.Every page created more and more questions that just made me keep reading.

I really don't want to give anything away with this book which is why i'm not saying much about it other than if you haven't read it then you need to! Every page is full of pure brilliance and adventure, mystery and emotion. There is not one bad thing i can say about this book, if you only read one of John Green's books i would strongly recommend it to be this one!

Have you read any of John Green's books? Which is your favourite?

Review | *Custom Phone Case From Mr Nutcase & 10% Off!

I'm the type of person who is constantly changing their phones case becuase i can never quite find one that i really like or that fits perfectly. However, the other day i came across Mr Nutcase which was mentioned to me by my sister Laura over at Laura's All Made Up who has also reviewed one of these cases.

I chose for the *custom iphone case to fit my Iphone 4. The case that i chose was the ultra lightweight slimline case which costs just £14.95. However, you can select cases to fit pretty much every device or manufacturer. With the many different designs and layouts to chose from you can really make this case your own. You can choose a ready made design or select a pre-made photo collage layout where you simply just drag your selected photos into the spaces. This was very simple to do and wasn't time consuming. After i was happy with the design of my case i checked out and filled in my details, also i liked the Mr Nutcase Facebook Page at the checkout stage and received a free screen protector to fit my phone. The cases are dispatched the next day and mine was delivered to me in just 2 working days.

The case fits perfectly around my phone and allows all of the buttons to function properly. The case itself is good quality and sturdy and the printing quality is very good, however the reason why it doesn't look as good as it could is my own fault because the photos I chose were originally very pixely.

I absolutely love the idea of a personalised phone case and overall i am extremely happy with it! I would definitely recommend Mr Nutcase if you would like to order one for yourself or maybe even as a gift for fathers day. Also the Mr Nutcase team have very kindly supplied me with a 10% discount code to share with you. All you have to do is head over to their website, choose the design of your phone, select the case you would like, select or create a design then fill in your details and enter "Thanku10" at the checkout to get 10% knocked off the price.

Book Review | John Green ~ The Fault In Our Stars

"Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten."

So recently i've started reading a lot more, mainly becuase i discovered John Green's books. i used to read all the time when i was younger but then just sort of stopped but then a while back, just after i signed up to instagram, i saw a whole load of people posting about The Fault In Our Stars. So i decided to see what all the fuss was about and bought the book. Even after the first chapter i fell in love with the book and just couldn't put it down and after i'd finished reading it i recommended it to all of my friends and even my English teacher and they all absolutely loved it.

I can honestly say i have never cried so much whilst reading a book before and i struggled to even see the last 100 pages through my tear filled eyes. So if your planning on reading this book i would be sure to have a box of tissues handy as this book would make anybody cry.

The book takes you on such a beautiful, emotional journey, one minute you're laughing, the next minute you're crying. It really opened my eyes and made me want to do something with my life and to stop feeling sorry for myself all the time.

Some of my favourite quotes from the book are:
"You gave me a forever within the numbered days"
"It would be a privilege to have my heart broken by you"
"My thoughts are stars i cannot fathom into constellations"
"Some infinities are bigger than other infinities"
"That's the thing about pain, it demands to be felt"
"The fault, dear Brutus,is not in our stars, but in ourselves"

I will also be posting a review on Paper Towns and Looking For Alaska soon as i enjoyed the books so much i just need to share them.

What's your favourite quote from the book?
